***Please feel free to bring friends and family members. This is a No-Drop ride at ANY PACE and ANY DISTANCE. But YOU are responsible for getting in and out of your own handcycle. NON-PVACF riders are welcome and NON-HANDCYCLE riders are welcome.
*** The chapter now has loaner handcycles. If you are interested in trying handcycling, but don’t have a handcycle, please contact me a week before a practice so we can see if our loaners would fit your needs.
